What impact would it have on your daily tasks in terms of time saving or cost reduction?

In terms of reporting & accessing data, it would make analytics & reporting far easier if both road & rail FROs were accessible from one place

How frequently would you use this improvement?

How should it work?

If there are limitations then maybe a different section in the FRO Worklist, so a different type of query can be raised for the viewing of a combined worklist of Rail & Road FROs.

if there an issue with getting the action buttons working then it can be disabled, as we only want to view the list of road & rail orders in one place, not action

    Hi Kaylin,

    Thank you for the idea - will pass on the feedback of a combined list to improve analytics and reporting.
    We'll be discussing ways of loading multi modal orders from the Guided User Journey / Dispatcher Dashboard in future as well.

    For now I'll close this idea and keep the analytics feedback via your other idea SAP-I-296
