It will help a lot in case when new email needs to be added, existing amended or removed from communication details of vendor in SAP TM. Also it will help keep information updated and remove any possible delays related to service desk request for same, and will give control over data to people who actually work with vendors |

Hi Sergej,
For now no planned self-service module for dispatchers to maintain vendor email on master data level besides the service request.
I have, however, promoted an idea to a feature https://maersk-digital.aha.io/features/SAP-3000 that'll allow dispatchers to forward FRO PDFs to alternative emails such as vendor contact, colleague or customs offices. This will be pending for prioritization.
I've marked this idea for future consideration for now.
