Underinvoiced- Disputes approved by Tolerance check

What impact would it have on your daily tasks in terms of time saving or cost reduction?

time saving, ticket # reductions

How frequently would you use this improvement?

weekly

How should it work?

If a carrier invoices for a lesser amount for a charge type, it goes into dispute and is approved by tolerance check. This changes the calculation on the FRO and doesn't allow landside to reverse the dispute approval. A ticket then has to be opened. Tolerance check should not approve a dispute due to invoicing less than what is calculated per charge type.

Hello- yes but we need visibility in one central location. We want to be able to address timely and we need that visibility.

@Alexandria Brown this was under review with Yasmin if we shall change the design as all auto tolerance e cases will land in CCDA for dispatcher to approve, this will increase the effort.

Need a process design decision to add lower level tolerance limit , anything beyond that value will go as a dispute in CCDA
