Risk of revenue leakage:
when FRO is sent when status is already executed no pdf generated . our request is to find a way to generate pdf also in this scenario Sometimes order is managed by mail or sometimes due to some cancellation need to generate new fro with date in the past so in executed status
If CNTR id is already gate out FRO that is CA become executed so if dispatcher perform STV is not generating PDF but is not giving us any advise on it. CA sometimes are in execution because fro is generated on delay

Hi Angela, The process is not clear here. Could you walk us step by step when do you need this behavior to happen and why. I think this is maybe process question , not another feature, therefore we need to understand.
