Make attachments for charge requests mandatory in Supplier Connect

What impact would it have on your daily tasks in terms of time saving or cost reduction?

Dispatchers have to check each FRO individually to review attachments prior to approving charges. Oftentimes, carriers will forget to attach proof of cost requests. Making this mandatory would allow dispatchers to no longer spend time rejecting charges in these scenarios.

How frequently would you use this improvement?

How should it work?

If a carrier requests a charge in Supplier Connect without an attachment, maybe an error message could appear for them stating they're unable to proceed until a file is attached.

    Hi Tim, for each charge type we create in SC the procurement team/charges PPO tell us if an attachment is mandatory or not, if you find that not in order please email me an example to check. thanks.
